Herb cheese the show cheese dairy Three Peaks
We offer to you here a whole loaf of approx. 3.5 kg. of a real Innichner herbal cheese, made after traditional recipe of daily freshly put raw milk and high-class-checked rennet. The herb cheese is a mild, decent cut-cheese with pea-shaped punching whose ripening period amounts at least 6 weeks.
A special mixture was added at this pole cheese with 7 garden herbs (chives, parsley, bear's leek and oterh) which leaves a wonderfully spicy mixture with the natural taste of the cheese.
On sale all cheese pieces are freshly cut and packed subsequently airtight - under gap. Thus we guarantee for full quality and a safe transport at your home.
Table Parmesan - an original Italian Stravecchio. The cheese is compact in his structure with little punching, like the Grana (Parmesan). With increasing maturity this cheese tends to become emery and fragile.

Bresaola is an air-dried beef ham of Italian origin. We only use beef our own slaughter for its production.

Sardinian sheep's milk cheese "L'Isolano" with a ripening period of 2 - to 12 months. This Pecorino tastes very well as "formaggio da tavola" to a good little glass of wine, or as a melting / rub cheese to various dishes (pasta dishes, Pesto, ecc.).
With the Bresaola we define an air-dried cattle ham Italy, the taste a little milder and more softly than the Swiss "Bündnerfleisch".
Strawberry jam fruit spread Horvat Bruneck. Made after Grandmother's recipe with the finest fruits controlled cultivation. Fruit portion 50 gr. on 100 gr. Finished product.
