Welcome to Le Vigne,
a magical place in Riparbella, Tuscany, where time seems to stand still. Our ancient olive grove contains secular centuries-old olive trees that thrive without fertiliser or treatment. In the hands of J. Broll, a native of Gelnhausen, this gift of nature becomes a unique olive oil of the highest quality.
Each olive is harvested by hand at the perfect degree of ripeness and taken to the local mill on the same day. The resulting olive oil is green in colour with golden reflections and is characterised by a fresh, fruity, nutty and aromatically full flavour.
It is a truly special flavour experience. This precious product only reaches its connoisseurs through close friendships. Podere Le Vigne is not just a place of olives, but also a place of solidarity, passion and dedication to the exceptional quality that goes into every bottle.
Because it is filled in bag-in-boxes, the olive oil easily stays fresh for up to a year after opening, as no oxygen penetrates and the quality is preserved.

Olive oil with red and green chilli peppers is obtained by pressing freshly picked Nocellara del Belice olives and red and green Cayenne chilli peppers at the same time. It is ideal with vegetables, pasta dishes, friselle with tomato sauce, pulses, soups, on pizza and especially with chocolate desserts. The spicy flavour is intense and delicate.

Parmigiano Reggiano, extra hard cheese Parma and Reggio, at least 24 months matured, very well to paste dishes.
Still today Casa Modena respects this tradition when producing rigorously a Dop product, or rather certificate in the respect of rigid rules foreseen by the law: only meats of national swines are used exclusively, checking the additives and each phase of the working.
The making of Schüttelbrot is inextricably entwined with the history of South Tyrol. This rustic family recipe has been handed down generation to generation. Our 'Bauern Schüttelbrot' is made with light rye flour and carefully improved with caraway and fennel - 100% natural crunching fun, of course.
