Characteristic: In a sunny vineyard with classically sandy, loamy soil, our 20-50 year old vines receive a lot of sun. A further careful aging in large oak casks guarantees the highest quality. The floral, fruity, classically varietal wine presents itself in a cloak of brilliant ruby red. It has a harmonious, round structure, with hints of bitter almonds.
Recommendation: This wine is ideal as an aperitif, an accompaniment to appetizers, or to typical Tyrolean fare such as speck and sausage, but also to lighter meats and mild cheeses.
