Sexten is the village of the Three Peaks, and here is produced the real Sextner cheese after rural, craft preion, as ever!
We offer you here a Mild approx. 650 gr., quite a particular speciality, the cheese dairy Sexten in South Tirol.
The Mild is a mild, slightly aromatic soft-cheese with noble mould bark whose ripening period amounts at least 3 weeks. The raw milk is daily freshly delivered by the local farmers and is processed subsequently to fresh milk, fresh cream, butter as well as also these delightful cheese specialities.
On sale all cheese loaves are packed airtight. Thus we guarantee for full quality and a safe transport at your home.
Fresh cheese 3 milks: bovine milk, goat's milk and ewe's milk, Appearance: outside milk mould - creamy white dough; Smell: Yeast nuances - creamy; Taste and aroma: slightly salty - harmoniously; Consistency and structure: smooth dough - softly; Maturation: approx. 15 days in the maturation cell.

eatable noble mould bark, white dough with little punching; he becomes creamier with increasing maturity, however, keeps continuously his sweetish taste. The Camembert Edelweiss is OGM-free and carries the quality sign for South Tirol.
matured for 3 years in different wood barrels. A lively dressing, highly recommended for everyday use.
The resulting olive oil is green in colour with golden reflections and is characterised by a fresh, fruity, nutty and aromatically full flavour.
