A white sparkling wine in the classic Extra Dry version obtained Glera grapes the hills, harvested entirely by hand and made sparkling in autoclaves according to the Martinotti Charmat method with slow frothing at a low temperature, 15-16 C°. Extra Dry is the best known expression of Valdobbiadene Spumante DOCG, where the harmonious structure is accompanied by a delicate apple fragrance. The freshness and fragrance of this wine, combined with its fine and persistent perlage, make it ideal for all occasions. An aperitif par excellence, it is well suited to accompany vegetable-based first courses, white meats and savoury pies.
