Obstler is distilled different varieties of apples ripened in the South Tyrolean sun. The double distillation carried out following an ancient and tested procedure assures the full aroma and the pure, light flavour of our product.

This Lagrein is characterised by a lively ruby red colour and a variety of aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits. A full, pleasantly warm and intense wine with a velvety softness. A red wine of distinction, unique in its way, and only to be found in South Tyrol. It goes exceedingly well with meat, roasts and spicy cheeses, but it is also a wine to savour and for meditation, above all when it is drunk following several years of ageing and maturation in the bottle.
The Acorn-Fed Iberian Top Loin (Lomito Ibérico de Bellota) is produced with a selection of the best and finest cuts of acorn-fed Iberian top loin, which, accompanied by the quality of a careful production process, result in this exquisite dish.
