Produced Glera Tonda and Glera Lunga grapes, for at least 85%, as well as Verdiso, Bianchetta and Perera. Ancient and autochthonous clones recovered and planted in the Vigna Pradase vineyard. This plot, representative of the Valdobbiadene area and Prosecco Superiore, is defined as a "library" in honour of the knowledge and cultural heritage it holds.

The BRUT, capable of bringing harmony into the differences of this territory, it's distinguished by a classical cuvée of Chardonnay (80%), Pinot Nero (10%) e Pinot Bianco (10%); fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The refinement in bottles lasts for 24 month. The Brut is the Franciacorta that includes all the results of the VINEYARDS ESTATES.
Harmonious, sapid and aromatic fragrance. It is excellent as an aperitif, goes well with starters and particularly with delicately flavoured dishes, most of all fish based ones.
Vanilla and nut mark the flavour. Pleasantly softly on the palate.
