Sexten is the village of the Three Peaks, and here is produced the real Sextner cheese after rural, craft recipe, as ever!
We offer you here a loaf, approx. 650 gr. of a real Sextner Chili cheese, made after traditional preion, of daily freshly put raw milk and high-class-checked rennet. The Sextner Chili Cheese is a spicy cut-cheese with small round punching whose ripening period amounts at least 10 weeks. By the addition of garden herb this cheese receives the right "pep".
On sale the small cheese forms are packed airtight. Thus we guarantee for full quality and a safe transport at your home.
matured for 3 years in different wood barrels. A lively dressing, highly recommended for everyday use.

The resulting olive oil is green in colour with golden reflections and is characterised by a fresh, fruity, nutty and aromatically full flavour.

This special espresso is extremely low in acidity, spicy with appealing roasted aromas and yet fruity in taste.
Coarse grained beef and pork with a mark pepper, otherwise mildly and agreeable is the house salami of Steiner. These mould-matured salami is matured for approx. 6 to 8 weeks in controlled climate rooms.
The Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages) are mildly smoked and air-dried sausages of beef and pork, a typical South Tyrolean speciality.
