Soil: Mainly clay over a base of sandstone of marine origin
Grapes/Blend: Glera 90%, Chardonnay 10%
Harvest period: Manual harvest during the second half of September
Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature
Yields: 13,500 Kg/ha
Ageing: Chardonnay refined in oak casks for 6 months; Prosecco: 12-month Charmat ageing in steel tanks and 6 months in the bottle

Color: Straw yellow colour with gold reflections. Very fine and persistent perlage
Bouquet: Hints of ripe fruits, banana, hazel-nut, vanilla and a subtle scent of honey
Flavour: Full, harmonious and velvety taste with a clear-cut personality. Fruity fragrances melt with the spicy barrique aromas
Serving suggestions: Its velvety bouquet and taste can be fully appreciated with a tulip-shaped glass. The recommended serving temperature is 10-12°C
Food matches: The fine quality of this sparkling wine makes it perfect for important occasions, celebrations, and special events. Excellent either as an aperitif or served throughout the meal. Best when matched to fish and white meat dishes, but will also marry well with other even unusual preparations.
