Our Weissburgunder, or Pinot blanc, is a refreshingly fruity white wine, green- to light yellow, with a delicate apple aroma and dry full-bodied structure. Notes of apples, nuts, green branches, and creamy butter carry through on the palate.
A complex exotic fruity wine, elegant and harmonious.
Color: Deep ruby red Aroma: floral with notes of violets; fruity tones of cherry raspberries and plum; spicy, liquorice Flavor: Medium-bodied with delicious fruity tones and pleasantly incorporated tannins.
The finely sliced truffles (Carpaccio) are perfect with thin slices of beef cooked in lemon and as dressing for fried eggs, as well as being excellent with boiled or baked fish.
