PROFILE Color: The oil is the sight of golden yellow with green reflections. Odour: fruity aroma has a deep green and hints of green olive. The fruit is enhanced by complex notes as found among the plant leaves, grass, artichoke, the green tomato and apple. Flavour: bitter and spicy appear firm but pleasant and balanced, hints of green almond oil in closing I give high quality and fragrance. Media fluency, good harmony between the nose and bocca.
This special espresso is extremely low in acidity, spicy with appealing roasted aromas and yet fruity in taste.

The Classico Quattrociocchi is an intense limpid golden yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose is fine and enveloping, with ample fruity tones of unripe tomato, lettuce and artichoke, accompanied by fresh hints of mint, basil and sage. The palate is elegant and vegetal, with hints of chicory, lettuce and celery. Bitterness is present and pungency is harmonic.
San Marzano tomatoes taste like fresh tomatoes, incomparably fruity, fragrantly and incredibly. Today the kind threatened by the extinction growns thanks to the Slow Food branch on the fertile grounds of Vesuvius again.
