Grape type: Fresh marc of schiava, merlot and lagrein, stone pine cones
Appearance: Light red, due to the addition of the stone pine cones.
Aromatic profile: Light flavour.
Taste: Persistent, slightly alcoholic, great balance between the destillate and the stone pine cones.
Alcoholic strength: 40% Vol.
Notes: The stone pine is a tree that usually grows on an altitude of 1800 m and is appreciated for its digestive and soothing properties. The cones are left to infuse cold in fresh grappa with stone pine cones that will confer the traditional red colour. Spicy and unique flavour.
