Produced personally by the Martelli family, in their own pasta factory in Lari, in the hills of Pisa in Tuscany.
It reveals an intense golden yellow colour with light green shades. It results wide and elegant, with smells of artichoke and chicory, enriched with fragrant notes of basil and lesser calamint. Taste is refined and enchanting, with tones of lettuce, black pepper, and in the end a decisive taste of sweet almond. Bitter and spicy tastes are both harmonious.
