A combination of the vines Vernatsch, Lagrein and Merlot which grow on rocky, barren and steep soil on sunny slopes Bozen, Überetsch and Unterland. The mix of Pergola and Guyot makes it possible to get small quantity but high quality. The grapes are rich on extract and give this cuvée elegance, a velvety and harmonic body.

The full variety of flavours is best revealed when our "Lenz" is drunk as an aperitif or enjoyed with light starters, pasta dishes, risotto or fish. Like this, its fine bouquet can unfold, prompting your tastebuds to burst into bloom.
With its delicate and fresh but nevertheless full-bodied character, the Pinot Blanc Plattenriegl becomes a versatile wine and an excellent accompaniment to starters and fish dishes. At the same time, it is well liked as an aperitif and is also perfect for a traditional Sunday brunch.
