Cabernet Merlot - 2022 - Winery Caldaro South Tyrol
Our Cuvee of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is aged for one year in wood, and then bottled. Cabernet belongs to the most full-bodied red wine varieties, has a garnet to dark garnet color, an earthy aroma, and slightly herbal flavor. The varietal Merlot originally comes France, is a lighter, dry red wine of garnet to dark garnet color. Overtones of black currants, dried fruit, chocolate, green bell pepper, cedar and tobacco predominate in this cuvee.

This Chardonnay is an extraordinarily well-loved white wine with a green-yellow color, delicately fruity nose and dry, lively flavor. Overtones of pineapple, banana, apples, pears, citrus fruits, caramel, vanilla and butter complement this wine.

Merlot Lason - 2021 - Winery Caldaro
A 14-month long aging in barrique and low yields give this wine its intense, brilliant, ruby red. Its aromas are reminiscent of berries, a little mint and licorice; soft tannins and a juicy structure with a silky and elegant finish complete the tableau.
Moscato Giallo Alto Adige - 2023 - Winery Caldaro
Our Golden Muscat is a fine, aromatic dessert wine with a yellow to golden color. Pleasant aromas of musk roses overlay a markedly sweet structure. Ethereal essences of citrus fruits and baked apples arise as the wine opens. This dessert wine is an ideal partner to beignets, strudel and cake, and, in its drier embodiment, as an aperitif.
Moscato Rosa Delle Venezie - 2023 - Winery Caldaro
It is a fine, delicately aromatic dessert wine, with a light ruby color and an intensive nose of tea-rose. It is full-bodied and spicy-sweet on the palate. This wine pairs well with a wide variety of desserts, for instance, poppy-seed strudel or beignets.
Pinot Blanc Quintessenz 2021 Caldaro Winery
Bright golden yellow with hints of green. Multifaceted bouquet with crisp fruit notes and herby nuaces; fresh yellow apple, honeydew melon, dried camomile and fine graphite notes.
