Full dark ruby in colour with a concentrated aroma of blackcurrant and blackberry, rich on the palate with assertive, supple tannins, long with fresh fruit on the finish. Cellaring potential 3-5 years. Food Choices: A very food-friendly wine, try with a chicken pasta bake, a fish and chip supper, an apple and celery or seafood salad.
Pinot Noir Lafoa Riserva - 2020 - Colterenzio Winery
Ruby red in color; seductive aromas of cherry, raspberries, red fruits, combined with fine spicy notes and discreet roasted notes. On the palate is powerful and complex with gripping tannins and an elegant finish. This Pinot Nero has a great character, is elegant and with a lot of finesse. Intense fruit aromas blend harmoniously with silky tannins. A wine leaned on the Burgundian example, complex, refined, with a nice concentration a great cellaring potential.
