1989 was a special year. For the first time the distillery made up the prestige "PIRCHER 1884" cuvée a selection of its best liqueurs. Every local kind of fruit is represented with a liqueur. Pears are represented by Williams and soft fruit by the rare forest raspberry. Every single liqueur is stored for three years to develop its full taste.

This generous Williams distillate is made with carefully selected Williams-Christ pears. This fruit matures on one of the sunniest South Tyrolean slopes. Strict and careful checks made during the manufacturing process and a double distillation carried out with the ancient and effective method in bain marie stills assure an aromatic and refined Williams Privat.

This excellent and limited production eau-de-vie is made with blackberries that grow on the sunny slopes of the South Tyrolean mountains. The ancient method of the double distillation carried out in copper bain-marie stills brings out the full and delicate fragrance of these berries.
Psenner offers a wide range of superb quality brandies, all of which capture the aromas and flavours of fruit grown in South Tyrol. The mixture of Mediterranean and Alpine climate influences, the alternation of warm, sunny days and cool nights all results in sweet, fragrant fruit that ripens slowly with concentrated aromatic, firm pulp.
The Blackthorn (or sloe) ripens in late September and is harvested after the first frost, as this makes the taste of the fruit harmonious. The sloe spirit meets the nose with intense almond marzipan notes, and slight hints of dry hay and plum. To the palate it is full-bodied with marzipan, fruity and long lasting.
Quince are becoming increasingly rare, but every year we seek out this special fruit anew and only the very best. The extremely limited quince apple schnapps is distilled with the utmost care to preserve its unique flavour and incredibly fruity aroma.
