Ingredients: mushrooms 74% in varying proportions pine mushrooms (Suillus luteus, Suillus granulatus), porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and its group), cultivated yellow mushrooms (Pholiota nameko), cultivated stropharia (Stropharia rugosoannulata), chanterelle mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius); sunflower oil, water, white wine, salt, dextrose, parsley, spices, flavourings, yeast extract, antioxidant: l-ascorbic acid (E 300).
Friarielli freshly processed and prepared with oil, garlic and chilli according to the traditional Neapolitan recipe. They are suitable for seasoning pasta dishes, stuffing pizzas and focaccia or to be enjoyed as a side dish with meat or fish.
