Our Franciacorta wines are the authentic expression of our vineyards. The cuvée made Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes preserves and reveals the identity of our wines and the sensitivity of being winemakers in Franciacorta.

After rigorous grape selection and light crushing, the must is fermented in steel tanks. Following draught in spring, it spends a period of over 30 months on the lees and after disgorgement at least 6 months before release.

Average age of vines:
15 years old

Vineyards cultivated in the communes of Erbusco, Adro, Cazzago S.M. Loc. Calino and Cologne. Hillside soils of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well exposed and always ventilated.
