Kofler Speck is a South Tyrolean family enterprise with passion for bacon, sausages and meat products. After traditional and transmitted recipe refined generations and with very modern processing technologies we produce for over 30 years decent bacon, spicy Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), Gselchtes (smoked cattle ham) and other high-class specialities. To our assortment also belong the South Tyrolean bacon g.g. A. and the farm bacon.

The classic bacon is made selected lean pork legs. Only cold smoke beech wood and fresh juniper is used to produce the traditional bacon. The processing is done traditionally and gently by hand to guarantee our customers a distinctive taste and high quality.

Grease-free cooking ham the upper bowl of the pig made. By the careful cooking and burning incense the ham remains very juicy. The crust is refined intensely with rosemary, which creates a delicate and harmonic taste.
