Grape varierty: 100% Alto Adige Pinot Noir (South Tyrol).
Production area: The grapes grow at 450 meters above sea level, on steep slopes facing south-east. The natural and layered clay soil and the Mediterranean climate give this wine its unmistakable notes.
Vinification: The winemaking begins with the careful care of the vine. Important is the right choice of reading time. Subsequently, the wines are fermented in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. Depending on the variety, the wines mature in large oak barrels or are matured in French oak barrels. This unfolds an unmistakable fine taste, which remains long and clean on the palate. The Haidenhof wines are in style rather fruity and body-accented.
Matching: It adapts perfectly to all dishes. Particularly suitable for roasts, game and spicy cheeses.

Ruby red with a deep garnet sheen, this wine has a delicate bouquet of blackberries, raspberries and cherries with a hint of vanilla. It is smooth and full-bodied, showing balance and elegance on the palate, and has both youthful force and pedigree.
Pale yellow with green reflexes; Aroma fruity bouquet (apples and pears); Taste soft and full with a long finish, elegant body, balanced acidity.
Light-gold with green reflexes. A very balanced wine. Reminding of tropical fruits and hazelnut. The potion: Silky, clear complexity, beautiful maturity and a very good potential up to 10 years.
Satin red with garnet reflexes. The bouquet is complex reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry with hints of liquorice, while on the palate it is enveloping, succulent with assertive but mellow tannins.
