Winemaking and maturation: Soft pressing, must clarification by refrigeration and natural sedimentation, temperature controlled fermentation at 20°C followed by maturation in stainless steel tank.
Serve Goes well with: Lightly chilled (12° to 14°C) This is an extremely versatile wine, delicious as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment for fish and poultry dishes
