A cow's raw milk cheese of the Eggemairhof in Mühlwald which owes his name to the small, round form and the affinage with rosemary. Maturation approx. 40 days in the natural cellar.

Taste: convincing structure, finesse and character, soft and velvety nature combined with concentration and extract, finely integrated acidic base, pronounced tannins, fresh and invitingly drinkable, persistent quality - truly one of the most authentic and best interpretations of the native South Tyrolean Lagrein grape
Roasted over olive tree wood A blend of selected coffees wood-roasted using a traditional slow roasting process. Each type of coffee is roasted separately in order to obtain the most appropriate degree of roasting for that particular variety.
