VINIFICAZIONE: Fermentazione alcolica classica da vino rosso in un grande serbatoio di inox, a temperatura controllata. Segue la fermentazione malolattica e la maturazione in grandi botti di rovere usati per 5 mesi.

VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Colore rosso rubino acceso, il profumo stimola associazioni che ricordano il Pinot nero, frutti rossi e violette. Il sapore è morbidamente tannico con acidità equilibrata.
