Caratteristiche: Uve: Lagrein. Zona di produzione: tenuta Perl a Bolzano, 250 mt di altitudine. Inizio vendemmia: ottobre. Tipo di vinificazione: fermentazione classica rossa maturazione di un anno in fusti di rovere. Caratteristiche organolettiche: vino rosso granato scuro, ricorda leggermente la vaniglia e cacao, pieno, armonico. Grado alcolico: 13,0 Vol.% Alc. Zucchero residuo: 3,0 g/l.
