Dry taste with fresh and vivacious acidity, tropical fruits, mineral finish. Intensive nose, fruity-floral with scents of grapefruit, apple, apricot and elderflower. Grape varierty:
Sylvaner, Müller Thurgau, Kerner - Weinberg Dolomiten IGT. Production area: Valle Isarco 550 - 610 m a.s.l. Stony, lean, skeleton-rich alluvial soils containing diorite and quartz phyllite. Vinification: Delicate processing and crushing, controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation. Food pairing: Because of its minerality and liveliness it is an excellent aperitif; it also goes well with first courses, fish and white meats. Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C. Ageing potential: 3 - 5 years. Bottle to: 750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt. Allergens: contains sulphites. A combination of the vines Vernatsch, Lagrein and Merlot which grow on rocky, barren and steep soil on sunny slopes Bozen, Überetsch and Unterland. The mix of Pergola and Guyot makes it possible to get small quantity but high quality. The grapes are rich on extract and give this cuvée elegance, a velvety and harmonic body.
