South Tyrolean Strawberry Vinegar Organic 0,25 lt. - Kandlwaalhof
The strawberries cultivated according to biological criteria are pressed by family Luggin to juice and then are carefully processed to pure vinegar. The fruity strawberry aroma lends quite a special mark to this vinegar speciality. Ingredients: 100% of strawberry vinegar, 5% of acidity Tip: If in the product a jelly-like substance should form, the so-called vinegar mother, it is no production or quality mistake, but the sign of a living food product. In such cases it is recommended to filter the vinegar with a sieve.
Certificated Quality:
matured for 3 years in different wood barrels. A lively dressing, highly recommended for everyday use.
