The apricots prefer a warm climate and love the sun, for it few rains and richly wind. So also those of the Luggin's which are making vinegar them. This vinegar is fruity and has slightly sweet marks, a successful aperitif with Prosecco. Ingredients: 100% of apricot vinegar, 5% of acidity Tip: If in the product a jelly-like substance should form, the so-called vinegar mother, it is no production or quality mistake, but the sign of a living food product. In such cases it is recommended to filter the vinegar with a sieve.
