The flagship of the Marinushof is the Pinot Noir stored in the small oaken barrel. With strict selection in the vineyard this red wine becomes more intensive, more spicy, more complex. The oaken barrels are partly new, partly used, because the Pinot's fruit must have priority. With the strong profit limitation in the vineyard the wine wins in depth and strength. Moscato Rosa Pasithea - 2016 - Winery Girlan
The bouquet is a mix of roses, ripe woodland strawberries, red currants and a spicy note of cinnamon. The flavour is soft, with light tannins, a sweet fullness in the mouth and a persistent after-note. A good match when served with fruit desserts and cakes.

Manzoni Bianco Incrocio IGT - 2021 - Winery Maso Thaler - Motta
The wine is fine and delicate, with an excellent body and structure. It is straw yellow in color. The nose is aromatic, subtle and elegant, with tones of peach, apple, and tropical fruit, with a flowery bouquet. The taste is savory and mineral. It is ideal as an aperitiv wine and as accompaniment to appetizers, pasta dishes, soft cheeses, fish, shellfish, and white meats.

There is a Romanesque fresco cycle dating around 2012 in Schloss Rodeneck castle near Bressanone. The frescos depict motifs the Celtic - French 'Ywain' ('Wine') saga. They recount how relations at the time must have been extremely far-reaching, manifested both in the style of the paintings and in the content. Merlot has both style and content.
Terlaner Classic HB 0,375 lt. - 2022 - Winery Terlano
Color: brilliant pale yellow with green nuances. Smell: Green apple and white peach combine with fine nuances of lemon balm and mint to create the typical aroma of the classic Terlano. Taste: Peach is very strong on the palate, too, lending the Terlano its lively but at the same time very mellow character. The multifaceted, well structured flavor derives an interplay of freshness and minerality and also has a wonderfully persistent finish.

The Roman settler and winegrower Cornelius settled in the Colterenzio area around 15 BC, and founded his Cornelianum wine estate, form which the name Cornaiano developed. He laid the foundations for our present-day wine culture. Cornelius is an elegant Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
