The Kalterer See Classic Superior is a light wine with low content of tannins, with a colour clear ruby to red bright ruby. He has an agreeably slender and fruity taste, at whom a light inkling of bitter almonds shines through often.
Deion: robust, harmonious wine with body and velvety full-ness.
The cheese, which is soft in texture and contains small holes, takes its natural, balanced flavour the creamy high-altitude milk which conceals all the fascinating secrets of traditional cheese-making processes in this area.
