An all-natural salame, without adding additives, antioxidants and gluten derivatives.
Produced using only two cuts of pork, thigh and belly, wisely cleaned and enervated, reaching a mixture ground fine grain, mixed with salt, pepper and if necessary flavored with garlic.Stuffed in natural casings, strictly linked by hand and then it is ready for a delicate phase followed by slow drip drying. The last phase is the maturation. This salame with its simplicity reflects the most traditional flavors and forgotten fragrances and the tradition of the territory.

The soppressa is the most important product of our range. Its production is particularly accurate and the selection of the ingredients is perfomed following ancient traditions.
Blue cheese bovine milk, Appearance: cylinder form covered in cocoa beans, Aroma: intense - chocolate, Flavour: toasted - leather, Consistency: very soft and creamy, Maturation: 2-3 months in the refining cell.
Chardonnay enjoys universal appeal, greenish-yellow in colour with a delicately fruity aroma, dry, fresh and racy on the palate reminiscent of pineapple, banana, apple, pear, citrus fruits, caramel, villa and butter.
Roasted over olive tree wood A blend of selected coffees wood-roasted using a traditional slow roasting process. Each type of coffee is roasted separately in order to obtain the most appropriate degree of roasting for that particular variety. Before blending, each coffee is tasted in order to avoid any defects and guarantee the organoleptic qualities of the finished product. Composition: 100 % Arabica
