Prodotto prelibato, la confezione da 4 pezzi è molto pratica per chi come me surgela il prodotto per un consumo deferito.
Rimarchevole l'utilizzo della borsa termica con consistente confezione di ghiaccio che garantisce la qualità del prodotto nel (rapido) tempo del trasporto.

Lieferung kam prompt und gut gekühlt in Deutschland an. Die Knödel selbst sind erstaunlich lange haltbar - dies merkt man aber etwas am Geschmack. Leider sind die Knödel viel zu fest (und auch zu klein), wer Südtiroler Speckknödel kennt, liebt lockere, große Knödel.

Ne ho mangiati a Ponte di Legno in albergo anni fa, morbidi e saporiti, il profumo di speck era inebriante tanto da farmeli ricordare come prelibatezza infinita e trovarli in rete una sorpresa.
Riconosco la confezione ad alto livello ma il prodotto ahimè mi ha deluso profondamente, lo spech presente a dadini durissimi, il profumo accennato, il pane troppo scuro e compatto e il sapore non incisivo.
Li ho paragonati, senza offesa!, a palle da cannone austriaco e ne sono estremamente dispiaciuto, avevo sperato di ripetere un\'esperienza entusiasmante.
Scusate la valutazione ma forse il gusto toscano non si adatta a variazione di ricetta.
