This Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil ('Ecologico') by La Chinata is certified by the Organic Farming Organizations of both Extremadura (Spain) and the European Union. All bottles are numbered so as to guarantee that their origins can be traced at all times.
The flavour and aroma of this Organic Olive Oil are very similar to the other two ‘Collection’ oils, ‘En Rama’ and ‘Selección’. Just like the ‘En Rama’ olive oil, it is also unfiltered.

Coarse grained beef and pork with a mark pepper, otherwise mildly and agreeable is the house salami of Steiner. These mould-matured salami is matured for approx. 6 to 8 weeks in controlled climate rooms.

The making of Schüttelbrot is inextricably entwined with the history of South Tyrol. This rustic family recipe has been handed down generation to generation. Our 'Bauern Schüttelbrot' is made with light rye flour and carefully improved with caraway and fennel - 100% natural crunching fun, of course.
It is produced using white grape Must, acetified and aged in oak barrels to get its typical amber colour. Its most striking feature is that it does not alter the colour of dishes but it adds a fruity and mildly acid aroma and flavour (excellent to replace wine vinegar).
