He dates back to the year 1366. In 1996 he was acquired by Franz Mock, the father of todays operators Christoph and Andreas Mock. Today, the Wassererhof is a winery with a tavern and after the rebuilding of the cellar in 2013, an ensemble of empathetic and at the same time substantial architecture. The Wassererhof is a family business. Mutual, solidary help is self-evident and guarantor of success. Andreas is the cook in the tavern. Fresh, homemade and often refined are the dishes of traditional cuisine. Christoph is the farmer and cellar master at the water farm. The knowledge that has grown over generations and the passion for the vineyard are continued in the cellar with passion and quality awareness. A Sauvignon Blanc and a St. Magdalener invite you to enjoy with all your senses. Our goal the beginning: Wines with ambition and grace.
