Vinification: maceration for 24 hours, the fermentation takes place in small wooden barrels (225 - 300 lt.) and depending on the vintage sometimes also a small part in stainless steel barrels. 8 months on the fine yeast.
Food recommendation: In the kitchen it goes well with asparagus dishes, risotto, fish and poultry.
