Vinification: The naturally sweet Sauvignon Blanc grapes are allowed to dry partially on the vine before harvest and pressing. The must is fermented in barriques, where it remains for 8 months of aging. Deion Topaz in colour with exotic aromas, this jewel of a sweet wine is highly extracted and piquant as well as lingering on the palate.
Serving Suggestion: Ideal when chilled to 12° C, this is not a wine to serve with food, and is even unique among sweet wines, offering the wine lover a singular spectacle for the palate.

Bright, purple with a fresh bouquet of berry fruits and cherry, full-bodied and succulent on the palate, dry but implicitly sweet due to high extract, mellow tannins, finishing with impressive length.
