Delicate fruit aromas reminiscent of Muscat, youthful freshness - an excellent aperitif wine.
Deion: The Muscat vine is among the world's oldest and is found today in a variety of mutations. An especially interesting type of Muscat is found in South Tyrol and the neighbouring province of Trento, called the "Pfefferer" grape (= "Peppery"). The bunches are relatively elongated and often with two shoulders, with berries which turn golden when fully ripe. Muscat is unique in that the "grapey", spicy flavour found in the fresh fruit is also found in the finished wine. The wine is unashamedly aromatic and elegant, dry, youthful and zesty with grapey fruit and lots of freshness. Cellaring potential: 2 years.
Food Choices: The perfect aperitif wine, it is delicious with spicy hors d'oeuvres and fish. Serve lightly chilled, 10° C
Grape Variety: 100% Goldmuskateller ("Golden Muscat")
Sites: Eppan and environs, south of South Tyrol and Trentino, grown in gravely, sandy soils.
Allergic-Info: This wine can contain sulfites

Harmonious, sapid and aromatic fragrance. It is excellent as an aperitif, goes well with starters and particularly with delicately flavoured dishes, most of all fish based ones.
