Organoleptic characteristic: A combination of the vines Vernatsch, Lagrein and Merlot which grow on rocky, barren and steep soil on sunny slopes Bozen, Überetsch and Unterland. The mix of Pergola and Guyot makes it possible to get small quantity but high quality. The grapes are rich on extract and give this cuvée elegance, a velvety and harmonic body.

Very deep and dark ruby in colour, only beginning to show signs of maturity. Lovely blackberry nose mingled with a hint of new oak. Sweet and generous, rich and concentrated on the palate, masses of fruit with enough tannin and acidity to balance, elegant finish.

Selected grapes make this a special Gewürztraminer Wine: golden yellow in color, aromatic with typical roses and geraniums notes in the odor, he impresses with its elegant, fruity spiciness and freshness in the taste. Recommendation: As an apertif. Suits spicy dishes, to fried fish, particulary crabs and lobster.
