Deion: Unique of its kind, with a strong and particular character. Alongside raspberry and liquorice we find cherry, dark chocolate and plum. A year of ageing in barriques makes the tannins rounder and this racy wine more accessible. Grape varierty: Lagrein - Alto Adige DOC - indigenous South Tyrolean grape variety.
Production area: Porphyritic alluvial soils, clayey sand, very deep with a very high water retention potential. Vinification: Harvested by hand, 3 vintages, maceration in open tonneaux for about 3 weeks. Aging for 12 months in used barriques (225lt.) and tonneaux (500lt.). Allergens: wine can contains sulphites.
