For the production of this apple vinegar family Luggin uses the champagne apple, an especially fruity, juicy apple kind. Accordingly refreshing is also the taste of the vinegar made it. Ingredients: 100% of champagner apple vinegar, 5,5% of acidity Tip: If in the product a jelly-like substance should form, the so-called vinegar mother, it is no production or quality mistake, but the sign of a living food product. In such cases it is recommended to filter the vinegar with a sieve.
Certificated Quality:
matured for 3 years in different wood barrels. A lively dressing, highly recommended for everyday use.
