The Pustertaler Salamini Villgrater are produced of beef and pork in the physical white frost procedure, are mildly spiced, with light red wine taste and afterwards dried in home mountain air.
Spicy-sweet mustard purée with a particularly intense flavour. The fruit is candied, then mashed and enriched with selected ingredients. In all versions it is an ideal complement to fresh and mature cheese, white and red meat, poultry, fish and sausages. GINGER mustard goes particularly well with sushi, cooked and raw fish.

One of the traditional South Tyrolean dishes are the bacon dumplings, hand made by the butcher's shop Villgrater in Sexten/Sesto.
For the gourmets among us, the delicious wild boar ham is recommended. The meat of the wild boar is not comparable to that of the domestic pig. It is aromatic and dark red in colour. Furthermore, the meat is leaner and firmer than that of the domestic pig.
The South Tyrolean "Rehwurzen" (smoked sausages of roe deer and pork meat) Villgrater are produced of 60% of roe deer meat and 40% of pork, are mildly smoked and refined with juniper, spicy in the taste.
