To our assortment also belong the South Tyrolean bacon g.g. A. and the farm bacon.

Cut cheese bovine milk, Appearance: cylinder form with convex edge, Aroma: milk aromas, Flavour: sweet, Consistency: very soft, Maturation: approx. 6 months, bunker.
Spicy-sweet mustard with a particularly intense flavour. The fruit is candied, then pureed and enriched with selected ingredients. In all versions it is an ideal complement to fresh and mature cheeses, white and red meat, poultry, fish and sausages. ORANGE mustard goes particularly well with goat's cheese, fresh cheese, Brie, tomino, fish.
Ready-to-use sweet hazelnut cream. It is ideal for covering, filling cakes, tarts, crepes and for enriching all desserts.
