Kofler Speck is a South Tyrolean family enterprise with passion for bacon, sausages and meat products. After traditional and transmitted recipe refined generations and with very modern processing technologies we produce for over 30 years decent bacon, spicy Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), Gselchtes (smoked cattle ham) and other high-class specialities. To our assortment also belong the South Tyrolean bacon g.g. A. and the farm bacon.

Small, Italian nibbles with original, fine ingredients. The small biscuits are wonderfully crumbly and crunch wonderfully with a glass of red wine or a cool beer.
Serrano Ham DO Teruel was the first food in Spain recognized as a Designation of Origin product. It is carefully selected prime pigs of the 'Duroc' race on the father's side and 'Large White' and 'Landrace' on the mother's side.
Comb ham is also known as a cervical ham or in Italy as "a Coppa". With its slightly streaky meat structure the ham tastes especially mildly and juicy. He is cut best of all paper-thin and gives a fine mark to salads.
