Production area: One third of the grapes chosen for this extraordinary wine come the Cornaiano area in the Überetsch hills, at an altitude of 450 - 500 m above sea level. They are grown in different vineyards with an age between 10 and 15 years. The other two thirds come the Bassa Atesina - Mazon. The combination of mineral-rich gravel and clay soils gives this wine its unique character.
Vinification: Four hours' maceration allows the aromas to be extracted. After harvesting, the grapes are soft pressed. Fermentation at controlled temperature takes place in steel vats. Refinement in steel barrels on fine lees for eight months.
Appearance: A fine, intense aroma supported by a full but at the same time, harmonious body are characteristics of "Gewürztraminer". "Nouvelle cuisine" offers many more opportunities to enhance the characteristics of this wine. Also we recommend serving this wine with shellfish, flavoured cheeses and desserts, such as strudel.

Amarone Selezione Antonio Castagnedi is the result of careful research and selection of grapes, to guarantee in the bottle the maximum expression of the territory and the art of wine-making of the Castagnedi family. Characterised by its intense ruby red colour with purple hues, the bouquet is typical of Amarone and consists of ripe red fruit, spicy aromas of liquorice, black pepper and hints of chocolate. The flavours are well balanced, with soft, round tannins, warm, slightly savoury and elegant, with a long, fresh finish thanks to the balsamic notes that distinguish it.
A pilgrim of the world successfully cultivated in both old and new wine regions, Sauvignon Blanc has adapted also to the climate of Trentino Alto Adige. Together with Cabernet Franc is the parent to Cabernet Sauvignon, which was created a spontaneous field crossing in Bordeaux, probably in the 18th century. That would already be enough to place it on top of the pyramid of the greatest international wine variety. Its intense and easily recognizable flavor has captured the attention of many consumers. Deor typically includes gooseberries, asparagus and many others “herbaceous†aroma (Methoxypyrazines). Our search for the authenticity of this variety has led us to the creation of Blanc.
A clean, concentrated floral nose reminiscent of elder and acacia flower with ah hint of sage, leads to a fresh, distinctive palate with nicely rounded fruit, light oak spice and a crisp finish. Enjoy it with a snack of fresh goats' cheese and smoked salmon pâté with crusty bread, or as a partner for lobster tail salad, full-flavoured fish dishes, scallops stir-fried with ginger, or goats' cheese soufflé.
