Our Blauburgunder, or Pinot noir, is a ruby to garnet red wine with pronounced tannin profile, an intense, ethereal bouquet which is reminiscent of wild berries, and a lingering, full finish.
The classical bacon is produced of the best piece of the leg. Refined with spices, mountain herbs and salt, the bacon is pickled for 20 days. After a cold smoke phase with beechwood filings the bacon sides are matured for a total of 5 months in our pure mountain air at controlled temperature.

Without a doubt, the Pinot Bianco is one of the leading South Tyrolean white wines, especially in our area of cultivation, since this area provides the ideal conditions for wine of the highest quality. With its bright yellow colour with green reflections, this wine expresses the full grandeur of this variety. It has balanced aromas, a strong and pleasantly dry flavour, with fresh acidity and a pleasing smoothness. A wine which, when served chilled, is the ideal accompaniment to fish and white meat dishes
Our Weissburgunder, or Pinot blanc, is a refreshingly fruity white wine, green- to light yellow, with a delicate apple aroma and dry full-bodied structure. Notes of apples, nuts, green branches, and creamy butter carry through on the palate.
