Deion: Bright straw-yellow with a green shimmer. Semi-aromatic, pronounced, ripe fruit aromas reminiscent to apricot and peach, floral notes. Medium bodied, elegant, lively and dry.
Grape variety: Riesling - South Tyrol Alto Adige DOC. Production area: Selected vineyard sites located in Tiso, Sarnes and Magrè at an altitude of 230 to 900 metres a.s.l., partly very steep vineyards. Gravely soils with high content of limestone in Magrè, vulcanic soil in Valle d'Isarco. Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Maturation on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for approximately six months.
