Cabernet Riserva - Rottensteiner
The Cabernet has deep garnet red colour, an intense aroma of black currants with slight erbaceous notes, on the palate it's full bodied and permanent with smooth tannins.
Müller Thurgau Graun - 2022 - Winery Kurtatsch
lively, quaffable, lightly aromatic white wine - a pleasant tone of nutmeg that varies in intensity depending upon the vineyard location is typical of the variety. This wine, which is both spicy and lively, is reminiscent of a freshly mown Alpine meadow. The high mountain acidity is harmoniously interwoven with the fruitiness, yielding flavors of yellow peaches, honey, nutmeg blossoms, hazel nuts, and peach blossom tea.
Lagrein Villa Karneid - 2019 - Castelfeder Winery
The harmonious, soft tannins on the palate and its dark garnet red colour are the main characteristics of this indigenous red wine Lagrein Villa Karneid Castelfeder. With its intese and complex bouqet and fresh parfume of wild berries and violets, the Castelfeder Lagrein Villa Karneid is ideal for red meats and roasts.
Merlot Cabernet Iugum - 2018 - Winery Peter Dipoli
IUGUM (iou-gum) is a made up name. It means "yoke" in Latin. A yoke is that wooden piece with hitched oxen into pairs, but the word "Iugum" is also used in very early agricultural texts in reference to tines being trained on a support.
Pinot Blanc Reserve Sanctissimus - 2015 - Winery S. Paolo
Inspired by this significant project, by the small church just above the vineyards, and by St. Paul, who gave our winery its name, we elected to baptise this unique wine with the name of SANCTISSIMUS. The small harvest due to the age of the vines together with south-facing slopes guarantees the very best of grapes, hand-harvested with the utmost of care. Our reverence for this outstanding wine has impelled us to preserve the processing and ageing technique of a vinification system which is somewhat unusual in Alto Adige, and entails mild fermentation on skins followed by maturation in terracotta amphorae.
Pinot Noir Jansen - 2020 - Winery Ritterhof
This Pinot Nero is cultiveted on the sunny slopes below Montan and convinces by its ruby red colour and the typical fruity aroma slightly of vanilla. Its taste is full and long persisting.
Cuvée EWA - 2022 - Elena Walch
The EWA blend (Elena WAlch) steps up in strong yellow and a delicate, aromatically distinguished bouquet of floral notes, some rose petals and spicy herbal notes. Fresh and youthfully light, characterized by the blend, it is convincing on the palate with elegant and juicy structure as well as a stimulating finish. Matching: Serve as an aperitif, hearty first courses, white meats and asian cousine.
Pinot Nero Castel Turmhof - 2017 - Wine Cellar Tiefenbrunner
Ruby red with a deep garnet sheen, this wine has a delicate bouquet of blackberries, raspberries and cherries with a hint of vanilla. It is smooth and full-bodied, showing balance and elegance on the palate, and has both youthful force and pedigree.
Gewürztraminer late harvest Joseph 0,375 lt. - 2019 - Winery Hofstätter
Golden in colour. An intense and concentrated aroma is released as soon as the wine is poured, reminiscent of exotic fruits such as mango, papaya with a hint of pineapple and lychee, all of which follows through on the palate; opulent, ambrosial with mouthcleansing acidity to balance the luscious sweetness melting into a monumental finish.
Gewürztraminer Kastelaz - 2022 - Elena Walch
Colour: Intense golden yellow; Nose: A distinctive bouquet reminiscent of rose-petal and spices; Flavour: A full-bodied, concentrated wine with well-integrated, mild though refreshing acidity, rich and bursting with flavour; intensely aromatic on the finish. Notes: A wine with enormous appeal, multi-layered and rich in aromatic nuances
Pinot Nero Riserva Glen - 2021 - Winery Kurtatsch
On the palate, it has a velvety, extremely berry-like effect like a French Burgundy, and tones of fresh elderberries and wild cherries give the subtle fruit sweetness a succinct, finely-spiced structure.
Lagrein Rubatsch - 2021 - Cantina Manincor - Graf Enzenberg
Succulent, rich, full-bodied and zestful with velvety tannins, an aroma and flavour reminiscent of woodland berry fruits. Lagrein is an eminently delicious wine and a worthy ambassador for South Tyrol's vinous culture. With braised and roasted red meats, a perfect partner for game and cheese.
Pinot Noir Krafuss - 2019 - Tenuta Lageder
Medium intense ruby colour with a garnet shimmer. Still somewhat closed, clean uplifted varietal aroma: impressions of red berry fruit, cherries along with oak spice (white pepper, cinnamon). Quite pronounced flavour, medium bodied. Fresh finish with good length and a presence of spicy tannin. Elegant style.
