Cultivation: Classic double Trentino pergola
Vineyard location: Piana Rotaliana, in particular the Mezzolombardo, Mezzocorona and San Michele all'Adige territories.
Planting density: 3000 ceppi/ettaro
Soil: Light, not very deep soil (70-80 cm), rather fertile and always well drained, supported by a rich multi-layered structure of pebbles, gravel and sand.
Vinification and ageing: Classical red vinification with fermentation in steel containers and short maturation in wooden containers with a capacity varying between 30 and 60 hl
