Produced with Sangiovese grapes the estate's most suitable vineyard, is a Morellino di Scansano "Cru". Powerful and also warm and enveloping, it gives new astonishing territorial sensations to this noble variety.
Intense ruby colour with violet reflexions. In the nose spices, green pepper and vanilla, very long and fine perfumes of fruit of wood. To the palate it is an elegant, balanced wine. The tannins give a sensation of freshness, long and with sweet final.
Made Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with a small percentage of Sangiovese, this wine dues its big character and ample body to the extraordinary terroir in which it borns. It represent the first wine of the Estate.
The results of this synergy - grapes harvested in the Carbonaione vineyard - are worked with passion and dedication by Vittorio Fiore and his son Jurij in order to obtain a wine of great power and elegance, capable of expressing in all of its richness the terroir in which it is born.
Suggestions with food: A fine apéritif, very good match for a wide variety of dishes ranging hors d'oeuvres to pasta and white meat to cold cuts and fish.
Dark chocolate and top soil flavors on the nose, with a hint of mint and chocolate. Tis has that rustic quality you can only find in Italy, which is intriguing. Comes across even better on the palate than it did on the nose, with great structure and extremely drying. Beautiful explosion of plum and red flowers.
Made Sangiovese grapes with a little percentage of Merlot, this wine, aged for approximately 9 months in oak barrels, combines structure, softness and much character.
Concentrated ruby-red in colour, with intense perfumes wild berries and a hint of spice. On the palate, this wine has great richness, supple tannins and notes of fresh summer fruits.
Undisputedly symbolic of the Speri company, the Amarone Monte Sant'Urbano is a superb example of a fine, classic wine. It is an extraordinary wine with great complexity and a vigorous structure which has always been top for its elegance and quality. After carefully selecting the best bunches the prestigious Monte Sant'Urbano vineyard, the grapes are left to dry for a long period (3-4 months depending on the vintage year). This creates a wine with plenty of structure and softness which will certainly age well.
Brunello. The Brunello Riserva Poggio Antico is only produced in exceptional vintages. In those years the grapes the oldest and lowest altitude vineyard are processed and aged separately. The result is a mature, round and complex wine.
Produced with Sangiovese and a small amount of Malvasia Nera, Colorino and Merlot, it is characterized by a balance of elegance and complexity, which make this wine a magnificent example of the "terroir".
