Needless to say, the color is the most luxuriant of this lot, so intact it is almost unreal. The bouquet has the usual scents of licorice and spice, fine spice, and grilled meat. I know of no other Nebbiolo that is more like a great Syrah from the Rhone than this Sorì Tildin. The taste is vigorous, even its extracts are wonderfully rich. This is an uncommonly luscious Nebbiolo, sensual and carnal. Hats off."
